Change can be beautiful

Change is an inevitable component of life, yet when it comes, so many fear change. Maybe even not the change itself, but the uncertainty that comes with it.

Tony Robbins says that the quality of your life is measured by the level of uncertainty you can handle.

I’ve always exposed myself to change.

Moved cities & countries 5 times between the age of 19 and 27. Always learned something new every 3 years.

Although this was exhausting and challenging, and lonely sometimes, it was also exciting, adventurous, full of joy and it made me who I am today.

Embracing change, even actively seeking change gave me inner strength, resilience and a very open-minded & trusting approach to life. It basically made me trust life and therefore it made me trust myself. Knowing that whatever change is around the corner, I have the tools and the mindset to handle it.
